Internal hard drive question

Internal hard drive question

2005-04-19 by malooka22

I have an EMAX II with an internal 10MB hard drive.. that doesn't
work. I would like to hook up an external ZIP drive, but do I need to
remove the internal drive first, or can I just ignore it? It makes
some sounds when I boot up but that is it.

Thanks

Hi Malooka22

No you don't have to remove your harddrive. On the Emax II you can set which ID should be bootable. I don't have the Emax II with me so I can't tell you were in the menu system it is. Try the Master menu for a starter.

If you can't find it, get back to me and I'll find it.

Best regards

Brian
