New version of EMAXLib image reader

The second alpha version of EMAXLib has been put in the files section. See: http://launch.groups.yahoo.com/group/emax/files/EMAXLIB/ Most important change is the new algorithm to transform 8-bit EMAX audio data to 16-bit WAV audio data. The sound of the samples should be almost identical to the original EMAX-I sound now. ///E-Synthesist
