Emax

Hello all. About a year ago I bought a aurora disk drive from route66
studios and the drive came w/ no jumpers set. I have tried 5 or 6
e-mails to get the info, they have been no help at all. Asking for
paypal info and I have given them all and they gave me nothing. So I
am out $70. If anybody has bought one could you give me the jumper
settings. I would appreciate any help as my next step is a complaint
to the state. Please help I just want to use my emax again!?

We don't ship drives without the jumpers set, we have to hand config the drive and test it before it is shipped out. Couple of things 1. you have not provided us with any prof of a purchase from us at all or we would be glad to help you out  2. Why have you waited a year to install your drive?
