Hi guys im new here nice to meet you all.
My first sampler about 25 years ago was a mirage rack linked to a
DX7. Thats was when they were both new to this planet.

I then went back to organ and latter added a Akai S2000 but never got
on with it.

Now days i Have atechnics GN9 Organ, A hammond M102 with lelsie 145 a
Korg M1, and my lattest ???? A Emu Emax SE, with a bit of history to
it, It came from Judge smith, one of the founder members of Van der
graffe generator.

Its all working as should apart from the Floppy drive dont always
eject the discs fully, some do some dont..Any ideas how to fix that?
Dont wnat to try and replace the whole drive as it loads up just fine.

Is there anyway to store patches for instant recall as all i hav eis
the 31/2 floppy drive and no hard drive. And i dont have SCSI all
mine has is the RS 422 conection on the back?

Can you load patches via Midi from some sort of hard drive?

All help much appreciated and im sory if all my questions have been
answered before.

Graham here in the UK!

Hello, I was wandering what options there are for my Emax with regards to upgrades, tweaks, software control and sample sounds available. I have had the Enax for some years, but sadly with one thing or another, I've never had a lot of time to spend with it. If anyone can help I would love to get this bit of kit up and running again and thanks for any help.

Regards

Chris

SE update is available for free off the group files section....
SCSI update is available if you don't have it ($58.50 including
shipping)...I make / sell those (drive not included).

Some softwares available from the group files section as well.

Regards,
Ted

Samples available from Route 66 studios and others. (Kidnepro, etc).
