Emax Not Powering Up

Good Day, I am having a problem with my Emax powering up. When I turn it on it lets out this "screeching" noise and will not load anything up. Can anyone diagnose this for me or suggest a repair station that I can contact. This is my secret weapon, and everyday I am without it I am sick... Help a brotha out!!!
