Unit Not Powering Up

Good Day, I am having a problem with my Emax powering up. When I turn it on it lets out this "screeching" noise and will not load anything Can anyone diagnose this for me or suggest a repair station that I can contact. I would really appreciate the assistance... MFMouseQuake
