Hi, I tried for a while to get my emax se to receive SDS and I had no luck,
I've done it with other samplers with no problems so I don't know, if you
find out anything let me know as I'm interested aswell. Nicholas

What exactly is the problem? I haven't got an SE, I've got an Emax II, so I
suppose this might make a difference. I just set up Soundforge to do an SDS
dump, having followed the "offset" instructions in the FAQ. Basically, set
the sample offset to 9 to keep the midi notes the same between Soundforge
and the slightly odd Emax implementation. Doing an SDS dump will only set
the sample up on one note - you need to tweak the voice assign stuff. Make
sure that your SDS dumper is using the same midi channel as you set on
Master MIDI in the master menus. That's what bit me the first couple of
times.

If you have an Emax-1 (SE or some thing) you need to change the
sampling bit, from 16bit...
