Subject: [emax] Re: EMAX I A/D D/A vs SP-1200
i read a post on another forum that compared the two. since the emax
samples at 12-bit but uses 8-bit compression, whereas the sp1200 is
true 12-bit, he said that the difference between the two are very
subtle but are for the most part identical.
i'm trying to dig up that post but i can't find it.
i'll see if i can borrow my friend's sp1200 to do the comparison myself.
