ESI hardware and EOS

Hi, I have just by an e6400 classic with eos 3.0, and I have few questions. 1. I have an old ESI-32, which is broken. Can I move the ESI scsi card and place it in my e6400? 2. Is there some where I can find newer eos software to download? cheers/ niklas
