Emax

hey group-
i picked up a mint condition baldwin/emax from a pawn shop for $30. 
great score!

i am able to get 3.2 OS on it just fine but im wondering if i should 
just go ahead and run the SE OS update on it? are there any downsides 
to upgrading to the SE version? would i lose any functionality? 

the way i see it, the SE release should be the best/last version to put 
on your EMAX, if it will take it.
