How to copy banks to HD WITHOUT Disk Drive?

I have ordered a new Disk Drive, it's on order. I did received a SCSI Hard drive and will install it this week. Now I can't wait for the disk drive, and I do have a laptop with Omniflop. How would I format the HD if I can't boot the Emax II? Is there a way I can copy externally all my diskettes to the HD in the EMAX II without the disk drive on board? Suggestions? Paul
