http://www.msc175.de/platinen/usb_rs232/BAUANLEITUNG_USB-RS232-Interface_Dirk_Lindhof.pdf does it work with the emax?

The Emax requires synchronous RS422 communication. So this means at least RS422, not RS232. Moreover it should be synchronous communications, not asynchronous as provided by most current (commercial) USB<-->RS ports. In other words: the USB/RS422 device must be capable of being externally clocked by the Emax, which is quite uncommon in these days. But I'm discussing right now with some engineers how we can get the whole PC<-->USB<-->Emu thing to work with both Emax and Emulator II. I hope we will succeed ! ///E-Synthesist --- In emax@yahoogroups.com, "kingbalbo" <kingbalbo@...> wrote:

What about scsi and USB, and/or scsi - scsi? There lots of SCSI-pci cards on e-bay. niklas --- In emax@yahoogroups.com, "esynthesist" <esynthesist@...> wrote:
