The new Nord Wave synth & waves

The new Nord Wave synth & waves

2009-07-22 by ss

You guys,

We've been talking about designing waves and filtering and resolution
and all of that, and I just saw the new Nord Wave
and heard the Mellotron ports. It's beautiful.

Of course, the first thing I though of was what everybody has been
talking about and loading waves from my library into
this new keyboard if only for the sake of experimentation. But my
goodness does it have power in the sound...!

If you've not seen or heard it and you love your Emax/Emu gear you
simply must check it out.

I just don't have the time to keep-up on everything, but the
resolution and power of the sound is remarkable with regard to the
content of the discussion that's been on-going. And I was wondering
how this device's limitations will be viewed one day...?

The Nord seems like a lot of fun.
I have to go test drive one now.
