great....Im at a loss to find my cdrom cable...give me a while to find it,though after reviewing the cd roms Im sure it is on Formula 4000 earth tones....which bank Im not sure but I think there is only one labeled sitar.Triton format would be awesome...Im off to play the summers end fest in England soon and this would cut down on gear....what program are you using? --- In emax@yahoogroups.com, "jammie" <jammie.emma@...> wrote:

Hi,thank you so much for answering the call.Tell me what program do I need to do what you are doing? Is translator the name?Id love the emax2 sample as well as the esi file in triton speak....though Id really like to be self sufficient.Just trying to open a emu cdrom in windows is impossible...it doesnt recognize the emu Os or file type....EMXP doesnt seem to recognize the esi stuff....any advise would be awesome...my email is sparkyscorp@...m --- In emax@yahoogroups.com, "jammie" <jammie.emma@...> wrote:

hi,Ive dwnlded translator and am trying to make it work.Is a ksf file the one that the triton uses?Is that korg sampler format?Im going to experiment....on this 2.9 version it doesnt neccesarily behave as the manual explains...but I think I got it to convert to a korg file. Then what? burn to a regular data burn or should I burn an image....do I need to format the media its going to first or will it just see the files and understand them?I geuss I could hook up the triton to the scsi pci card on my computer though I dont think the triton will see the computer ssystem so Id be better off making a disc right?....thanks for the help...Ill keep trying here,Mark
