So it seems that emulator archive has left www.emulatoprarchive.com 
and is back at http://www.emuarc.co.uk - seems strange, but at least 
they are still around.

The Emulator Archive web site is being rebuilt and will be offline for a few
days at www.emulatorarchive.com.
www.emuarc.co.uk points to the old site until the new site is ready on 18th
September.
