RAM question

2011-07-23 by Francis Cote

Hi,

I know this might be a basic question but I just bought a Emax 2, model 2212
which should be a 2 mb model.
Is it normal that Master's remaining memory shows:
Sample : 1048532
Preset: 0028021

I've calculated 1.050 mb, not 2.

It's my first Emax, so there might be something I don't understand.... I've
booted with the 2.14 os.

Thanks

Sample memory is 16 bit, so double that sample RAM will give you Megabytes.

Ah, I see. The manual specified 8bits...
Thanks

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
