Can we have the user eddie carrigan  banned from the group? they apparantly 
have joined with the sole intention
of sending out spam messages to users that get email feeds and are not 
actually emax owners or enthusiasts.
I think this is the second or the 3rd recently

I removed them. They had been a member for almost 2 years and this had 
never happened, so chances are their account was hacked.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
