FS: E-Mu Emax II - reduced price! Only 200

FS: E-Mu Emax II - reduced price! Only 200

2002-10-10 by inovercy

Okay, I need to sell this quick, so I've dropped the price as low as
I can go. $200 +shipping takes it. E-mail me at sonicdevo@...
with any questions
FS: E-Mu EMAX II sampler

Emax II rack mount, 16-bit sampler Comes with a ton of disks (most
blank, but a solid 10-20 w/ samples..mainly of analog synths) and
manual. Lovely analog-sounding filter and amazingly intuitive
interface.

In perfect functional shape with only rack wear and a non-original
slider cap for cosmetics. This is the rack ver., which ups the ante
of the keyboard version with internal HD and more RAM.

e-mail me with any questions! Patrick sonicdevo@...

It would probably sell quicker if you mention exactly how much memory the unit has,
how big the internal drive is you have installed and whether the banks you are offering
are factory or self created. The rack version did not "up the ante" from the keyboard
version, they were both offered with the same memory and hard drive configurations
which means yours could be anything from a 1Mb to an 8Mb unit and with anything from
a 40Mb to 127Mb factory installed hard drive. Also let them know what OS you have for
the unit. Just so you know 2Mb rack units regularly sell for $200 or less on Ebay.

 Just trying to help ya!

Sure.
I assumed it upped it a bit, since my keyboard ver. I used to have came with
no HD and 1mb or RAM, which I assumed was factory standard. Either way, the
rack unit I have now for sale has 2MB RAM and a 40MB Hard Disk. I am not
sure of the OS #, but it's the one with the Spectrum Synthesis on it.

The samples are all done by myself and are of the following instruments:
Yamaha Sk30 (alot of these, since it was my favorite board, but too big to
bring out live), Arp Axxe, Korg MS2000R, as well a couple misc synths in
there.

Hope this helps!
thanks
Patrick

I¹ve been hoping to come across one of these units for a while, does anyone
want to make a trade for one against a slightly rusty keyboard ( emax
1000 with SE update) or/and/only some vintage analoug pedal fx?
