Emax II formated Zip Disks

Emax II formated Zip Disks

2012-07-27 by tl200024

Hello Emax users. I think I figured out my zip disk problem. I believe you to use blank zip disks, and then format them on your computer to be able to have them recognised on the Emax II. I ourchase 3 zip disks, however my computer will not let me format them. They might be corrupt, or a different format that my computer doesn't recognize. I was wondering if anyone knows where I can purchase Emax II formated zip disks? I can give my paypal account number if anyone knows where I can purchase them. Thank you for your help,

Tony

The error message I get when i try to do the full format on my computer is that my computer doesn't recognize the disk. I bought 3 supposedly blank zip disks on ebay, and they are not recognized on my computer or Emax II. I am thinking and hoping that I was just sold some bunk zip disks, and it has nothing to do with my computer, or the zip drive. I ordered the Depeche Mode zip disks, which are on the way in the mail, so I will see if my computer and/or Emax II will be able to recognise the data on the disks. Wish me lots of luck.
