You need to go to your YahooGroups memberships page and edit which groups
you want and don't want to belong to.  Or you can elect to remain part of a
group and not receive emails.

I can't remember what my Yahoo sign up name and password is to unsubscribe. 

I would like to be totally taken off YahooGroups.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
