Emax

Hi!
A few days ago i get an EMAX SE but to turns on and insert the os disk is displayed "disk not formated" sometimes appear black boxes on the display in high contrast and the screen freezes, i used all OS versions in new floppy dd disks but the problem continues!
any advice to fix it?
motherboard says REV C and Model 1000
I put the floppy drive of my emax II but it's the same problem!
has solution for a problem like this?
I appreciate any tips that might help!

Reseat EPROM IC 13 and check display ribbon cable for the display showing black boxes�.

Verify good connection between floppy drive.
The floppy drive may have gone bad.
It is also possible that if it was misconnected that it ruined the format on the disk you are trying, so try a couple different disks with the Emax2 drive in the Emax 1�.

Hey Ted!
I did what you advised me but the problem persists! disassemble all emax carefully clean each connection and probe about 20 new floppy disks with different OS but nothing! 
sometimes is displayed disk not formatin, bad disk bank and then a few secons freezed or one line of black squares or display goes blank  and always the floppy disk is damaged
