The front piece is from a blank 101 panel that's been drilled out to fit the layout of it's controls. The logo is a little odd looking but the other labeling and design do have an EML look. Whoever did it, had more than a passing knowledge of EML gear. According to the fellow I traced it back to, it was an experimental piece made by an EML employee, possibly to evolve into some specific product. There's no way to know really, just speculate.
