I'd check to see if the CV path from the select switch to the VCO is intact.

Any idea what might be causing it to be operable but in LFO range?

I'll be taking it apart for a thorough cleaning soon and although I'm not up
to snuff in synth circuit design, I have a decent working knowledge of audio
electronics troubleshooting and repair.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
