You probably just need the extension itself without the installer.

Did you try the Sunrise driver?

If Sunrise doesnt work, you might try the Toast CD-Reader extension
posted in the group files (Mac Utilities).

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
