I haven't tried a CD300e, but I've heard it's not compatible.  I could be wrong.

What do you mean by correct Apple CD rom driver.  I just bought the Mac Classic and I haven't used one since the early 90s.  Care to fill me in?  I'd love to get the software working...

I trust you're using the correct Apple CD rom driver?

I had a 300e in the past and it worked with my mac classic...

Have you actually tried the plus model?

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
