I've used it's sequencer a bunch of times, and got it to quantize fine.
Not sure if it's an OS thing or something else.

I played with it's sequencer, but never really liked it that much.. I don't think your missing out on much.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
