Hi,
It could be the 2045, or it could be a number of other items in the channel.
Swap a 2045 from a good channel to the bad one, to see if you do need a new
2045. I have broken voice channles on both my EII's and its not the 2045 or
the switched capacitor filter chip, something less obvious...like a
capacitor
You can see whether its a voice channel by pressing one key 8 times. It
should sound the same each time, a gap is a broken voice. You can turn off
broken (and good!) voices in SPECIAL. This is how you can find the number of
the channel that is down.
Regards
Rob

Subject: [emulatorII-list] Replace a SSM 2045 with a SSM 2044
Well ,my question is pretty simple
My emulator II gots the SSM 2045.
If ever one voice would die, would the SSM 2044 do the job ?
Cheers
