IC135, IC137 PROMs image file

Hi, I'm now looking for the image files of the two PROMs of the microcontrollers (IC135, IC137). I'm not looking for the Main or Scanner EPROMs. Does someone have these files ? I'm looking too for technical informations about the microcontroller. So if someone have some technical documents from EMU... Thanx Christophe
