Re: I just got my GSP 2101 I am looking for great sounds/patches

Hi again,
I´ve tried so many gear during my career and in my opinion
there`s no better gear than the gsp 2101.

But it depends what you like. For sure the tube sounds of the triaxis
are better than the gsp 2101. And for sure the reverbs of the g-major
are better than the gsp 2101. Also the original TS 808 is the best
screamer. And so on.

But the GSP 2101 gives you the best of all these stuff together in one
machine. Not as good as the originals are but very good.
Maybe some musicians hear the difference. But who cares ?
And if you like these new metal stuff the gsp should be
your first choice. I will upload in the next time a patch called
"Rammstein". There you can hear that it will bust your head.
Clean sounds are very impressive. I use for years now the factory
presets for clean sounds. You don´t need to make of it.

With amps like my engl and the other stuff you to carry tons of
equipment to the stage. And I don´t like to be tired before the gig
starts.
So I changed back to the GSP 2101 and I have Mesa 20/20 1U rack amp.
All in a case of 3U. I plug four cables in and that´s it.
In my opinion you should take more care of a good box.
I use a mesa standard rectifier box with celestion vintage 30 speaker.
I´ve used for many years Marshall boxes. But they are not half as good
as the Mesa is.

So you have to check it out.

Keep Rockin´
Mike

I will put up my new ones I have neglected to put up for too long now.
Some are RATT, Krokus (screamin), other old stuff but still cool.
