Mailist to discuss all issues regarding the Digitech GSP-2101 Guitar FX Processor

Hi all:

My recently formed band plays heavy thrash metal.  We have a relatively cheap 
PA we practice through.  The other guitarist has been using a POD 2.0 unit 
and the tone is KILLER!!!!!.  We love that tight punchy Exodus sound.  He has 
his rigged to emulate the Soldano cabs with fuzz distortion.  Does anyone 
have a patch or setup that they would share to get that type of sound with 
the 2101?  How about a tube recommendation?  I have the early version 2101.  
I realize that the POD is desgined to be a simulator and it seems to really 
kick ass!!!  I had to eat a mile of crap from the rest of the band and the 
studio guy we are using because he told me to loose the 2101!!!   Please 
help!!!

Most likely, I am going to end up buying the darn POD anyway, so does anyone 
use the POD and the 2101 together? Any suggestions would be most appreciated.
