Actually you don't need to do that. Here's what you do do.
You need to set up the TriAxis to receive on a MIDI channel, let's say
channel 1. First determine which two program numbers you want to have
come
up at the same time. Let's say you want TrixAxis patch #32 to come up
when
you go to patch #10 on your 2101. Press the MIDI button on your 2101
and
then press the next button 5 times. you should see a page that looks
something like this

1 Device 1 Ch 1
2 GSP Program 1
3 Send as 1

Press the function key 1 under the screen. Each time you press it the
first number will cycle 1-4. If you want you can press the name button
and
actually give it a name. Ya know what this means. It means you can
control 3 devices other than the Triaxis, that have MIDI, to do the same

thing the TriAxis is going to do at the same time!!!! We will assume
you
want the Triaxis to be Device 1. You then spin the data wheel and the
Ch
number will change. Make that 1 also. Now press function button two
and
spin the data wheel until the #10 appears. This of course is your 2101
patch number. Then press function button #3 and spin the data wheel
until
the #32 comes up. You are now done. So now, everytime you call up
patch
#10 on your 2101, patch #32 will appear on the TriAxis. If the wrong
TriAxis patch comes up, make sure that MIDI program change number 32 is
assigned to 32 on your TriAxis. Another thing that you'lll want to
check
is the front panel change option. Press the MIDI button and press the
next
button 4 times. You''re looking for a page that looks like this

1 MID Merging Off

2 Send Front Panel
     program change? No

Press function button 2 several time and you'll see it toggle between
Yes
and No. What this does is, if it's set to no and you go to patch #10 on

your 2101 from the front panel, the Triaxis will NOT be sent a program
change number and it will stay the same. The only way it will change is
if
you go to patch 10 on your 2101 from the footpedal. Some people like
that
for programming purposes. If you want Triaxis patch 32 to come up when
you
go to 2101's patch 10 from the front panel set it to yes. There that
should do it. I find the MIDI capabilites of this thing simply amazing
and
this is just the tip of the iceberg. I could write a book on it's
capabilities. Hope this helps.
