From your 2101 fx line "out" to "input" on Line6. "Output"
on Line6 to
fx return "in" the 2101. Then you'll need to run a midi
cable
from the 2101 "out" to the Line6 "in" to change Line6's
patches along whatever combinations you might wanna have
with both units. The setups of FX can be made in the midi
page inside the "utilities" at the 2120.I would use the XLR
outputs (2101)to the pwr amp with the Speaker Simulator
