Unit not turning on..

i have never touched my 2101 before (internally) and i was playing and all of a sudden it turned off. It hasn't turned on since. Any ideas? Should I just shoot it? Or is it worth repairing? Battery is good, as well as the fuse... i have general knowledge of amps, but not of one thats so complex and "computerized" email me if you have any help for me, thx =)
