Johnson J-12 FootPedal Configuration

We're getting ready to add a new feature to MIDIWizard that will simplify configuring the Control One footpedal with the GSP-2101. We don't own a Johnson J-12 pedal so we'd like to ask someone out there with a J-12 a few simple questions about the two expression pedals.
