figure it out. thanks

I believe the 7 band is an analog eq and to get an eq with more bands you have to add a digital eq to your algorithm. The digital eq s are quite powerful but

Right but I read that the difference between good and great tone is the 15 band eq. Anybody know how to program it into a patch? Digitech is sending a manual in the meantime.

The digital eq\ufffds are quite powerful but unfortunately use up room that might be better used on other effects. I used to use an external rane 14 band stereo midi programmable eq in my guitar rack. That has since migrated to my PA rack and I just get by with the 7 band eq. I have a BBE I use between the 2101 and amp that I can tweak a little to cut through the mix if an overall change is needed. The balanced outs go straight to the board. There is also a global eq in the 2101 but I find it best to leave that flat or almost flat anyway.

No need to wait for Digitech to send the manual. You can download the
manual right here in this yahoogroup in the Files section.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
