Fully Upgraded GSP-2101

2002-09-03 by craig102080

Hello friends at the gsp-2101 group,

I used to have a gsp-2101 but sold it mainly because it did not have seamless program switching. Then I bought a 2120. Then I found out that the 2101 could be upgraded so that it would have seamless switching. So now I want to buy another 2101 since it has more power than the 2120 (explain that, Digitech going backwards). What I want to know is, should I buy one that is fully upgraded, or can upgrades still be acquired? I heard something about software version 3.0 being the best. I also heard that the Limited Edition has more memory than the Artist. Is this information accurate?

Thanks,
Craig

Craig, I have these two upgrade chips you actually pop into the unit.
I'm in the U.S. and some guy in England will give me $100 for them.
If you give me $150 plus postage, they're yours. I have never
installed or even taken them out of their packets. I did not like the
GSP2101 for its distortions and like a FOOL did not sell it while it
could be sold for just $100 less than new. Let me know if you are
interested but make it quick, please. I actually have to give him
first priority but I just answered his email tonight letting him know
that I am willing to sell them. ......... Jorge
