Question about modifying "string volume swell"

Question about modifying "string volume swell"

2004-05-07 by Aaron

Hi everyone,

First off, I am no techie or guru at all, I have acquired the GSP
2101 from my father and am trying to learn the ins and outs of it.
Anyway, I use the string volume swell patch in one the songs I
perform with my band and I have not yet been able to make it so the
swell doesn't take so long...I am an unsure of how to speed that
part of the patch up. I want to be able to move from note to note
fairly easy and still be able to discern between different notes.
Right now the volume swell takes so long that by the time I play
four notes, you've barely heard any of them. I hope this makes
sense...I have tried everything with this patch but realize that I
am just pushing buttons and have no clue what to do. Any help would
be greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Aaron

Hi Aaron, you may want to look closer and experiment with the noise
gate parameters.

Cheers
