They are only going for about three hundred or

Depends on: a) what version software you've got b) control one included or not c) condition of the unit and where it's been used. US$400-500 would be reasonable, IMHO, for a unit with the latest software (3.00.a I believe), the control one, and in good shape and not abused, all buttons/wheel functioning as normal, etc. The PPC210 (dual S-Disc) is indeed valuable, and you might even consider taking it out and selling it separately if you can't get your price for the unit with the PPC210. I think there is a bigger market for the PPC210 than there is for the 2101 itself, and they do routinely go for $180 and up, when they show up on eBay (which is rarely). This is a discontinued unit, so support from Digitech, while still available, isn't going to be there forever. At $500, you're now competing with POD Pro's and its ilk -- and that stuff has a lot of marketing juice behind it now (i.e., a lot of people at this point have never heard of a 2101, 2112 or 2120). At the end of the day, it's worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it.
