So the Midiwizard software is on it's way. And I intend to go full
Midi Patch Dump Overdose this weekend. Problem is, I don't know what
the F I'm doing!

Can anyone tell me step by step how one goes about finding cool
patches, and then transferring them onto my 2101?

Thanks

Brian

What sucks is that I have found NO sites actively creating "new"
patches.

You can however find a few sites that list "older" patches.

http://home.arcor.de/pirat28/sites/gsp2101patches.htm

http://www.gsp2101.noisytoyz.com/

http://welcome.to/gsp-2101heaven

It would be great if a site had a place where new patches could be
uploaded and shared - keep this unit living!

Good luck

If those great guys are sending you a copy of Midi Wizard, They will likely have links that you can go to and download over 400 patches. You will need 2 midi cables and some midi transfer device via... sound card (Creative Labs Sound Blaster Audigy 2) or inexpensive unit that can convert into USB to your computer and link to your 2101. www.sweetwater.com or local music store.
