Hi everybody,

My line voltage is frequently hanging at 130V. I noticed that on power supplies with warning lights the lights are red at this voltage. I'm wondering at what voltage would I say to myself, "this is too high" and not power up or shut down? I suppose too low a voltage would apply too?
