How to send patches (without Cakewalk)?

I don't plan on buying cakewalk. Are there no SYS EX versions of all the factory patches? Or is there any freeware I can use to play the files?

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
