Also, the original publisher (Alexander Publishing) does not have it in their catalog anymore. I've also searched on usedbooksearch.co.uk, but only the Amazon listing came up.

 

I would certainly appreciate a scan, and I'm sure many other members of this group would too, if it's not too much trouble.

I have a copy of this book. I’m not sure I want to part with it, but perhaps I could make a scan version as long as it was no longer in print and couldn’t be obtained any other way.

I'm also interested in the "Kawai K5 - Making It Happen" book by Dan Walker. It seems to be very hard to track down.

 

I got a Kawai K5 some months ago, and have been slowly building some utilities to generate patches (a bit like Edisyn but batch-oriented, command line tools). It would be really helpful to have a look at Walker's book to complement the user manual.
