Hi phono,

congratulations for having a new passion. ;)

At the files area here there is an editor iirc,
if you read through the messages of this group
you'll find some help for getting an editor.

If you are (WIN)DOS-PC based, there is an easy way:

You can download the Atari emulator Steem from:
http://steem.atari.st/

and for patch editing you can install

Dr.Ts Editor for K5
http://tamw.atari-users.net/cage_art.htm

both are freely available.

There is a K5 editor you can purchase from Sound Quest.

Unfortunately IMO and AFAIK there are no 'cool' editors for the K5 at all.

All editors i have seen until now, are some kind of 'Bread and Butter'
stuff, which do their work at the computer instead of
using the K5 Panel.

My K5m is damaged too, the volume control is broken and it is
impossible to get a spare part.

cheers

Klaus

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
