HI; IVE BEEN USING THE K5 FOR A WHILE AND NOTICED I HADNT USED THE 
PEDAL JACKS SINCE I BOUGHT IT SECOND HAND, DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT 
KIND OF PEDAL TO USE ( IM TOTALLY NEW WITH KEYBOARDS ) ?
DOES ANYONE HAVE THE SCHEMATICS TO THE SUSTAIN AND EXPRESSION 
PEDALS ?
IS THE SUSTAIN JUST AN ON/OFF SWITCH ? ??

Sustain (hold) pedal is just a mono 1/8 plug with a switch, but I don't 
remember if it's on when released or not.

Expression is a 1/8 stereo plug with a more complicated circuit that 
requires two pots(One that is changing expression and one that is 
controlling the range.)

For the expression jack and the pedal jack i am using a Kawai V-20X 
and my sustain pedal is an older Yamaha sustain pedal(unfortunately it
has no model number on it's case).
