Have you tried my PSU trick? (Desolder every joints and put new solder)
Maybe it will fix your problem, once in the headphones I had an
unsupportable hum until I've done this. Check if the volume slider has
shorted, try shaking the connectors, if solder trick doesn't work try to
remove inverter, and if nothing works try changing opamps(Try some
OPA4134 if $$$ doesn't matter, they're supposedto have really low noise).
Note noise problem is noisy ground(Sounds digital
