The choice that best represents my opinion of the Kawai K5 is: 

  o It is a great synthesizer but it sonically falls short of today\ufffds sample based and \ufffdhybrid\ufffd based technologies. 
  o I think its greatest pitfall is its steep sound/patches programming learning curve.  
  o There is just not enough \ufffdgood\ufffd sounds/patches to assess its real potential. 
  o Since I don\ufffdt own one, own one but don\ufffdt currently use it in my music production, gigging, etc., or am just a music hobbyist and/or music geek seeking the latest fads I have no strong current interest or opinion of it. 
  o I am a diehard owner just awaiting some new application or technological challenge to bring it back to live.
