Hi there, i'm new to the Kawai K5, can i change the pitch so that when 
i press the 'E' key it actually plays Eflat?

Hi, you can simply go to the system menu, there you'll see 'trans' which
means transpose. You can set it anywhere from -12 to +12 semitones. In
this case you'll want it at -1.
