Kawai Synthesizers

There's been no one place to handle all K-series synths. There is
specific model coverage for the K3 and K5000 series synths, but that
leaves a lot of products. Rather than support the balkenization of
Kawai owners into model-specific groups, a brand group made sense.

Anyway, I'll be happy to field questions about the K1, K3, K4, and K5
as I own one from each series. I'd love to see docs for each product
appear on the file section in PDF format. Kawai support does some
things well, but they've fallen short in providing PDF format
documentation online...

I'll be happy to promote anyone who can answer questions about other
Kawai/Teisco synths to moderator status.
