Kawai Synthesizers

A while ago my K3 died.  The LED display does not light up.  The Kawai 
techs say that it is probably a logic error.  I noticed that one of 
the chips in the center of the 'motherboard' was replaced.  I'm 
thinking that maybe it has failed a second time.  Does anyone have 
experience with repairing a K3, or have a service manual that is 
scanned?  I really would like to get it going again.  I still will 
probably try to replace this one chip.
