Hi, there exists some trick . I used HD floppies , with filled small window . There are two small windows - one for write-preventing, one fpr format recognition. So , if I can remember, there`s necessary to fill both small windows. http://www.floppydisk.com/ at the end of page. I formatted modified floppy in Q80, and no problem with using. But I have to say, I haven`t used it a lot nor frequetnly. Somewhere I wrote, using of different format floppy can hurt to drive.
